Position Overview

The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving growth and leveraging their business development expertise to identify sales opportunities, stay informed about Care Access Services and Solutions, navigate complex deal structures, and build strong relationships with customers. This role will support pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device trial sponsors and CROs, working collaboratively with other Care Access departments to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Research and maintain knowledge of customer organizations, procedures, and processes
  • Inform and educate new and existing customers about Care Access capabilities
  • Manage the sales cycle for large, complex, and high-value engagements
  • Develop new business with new customers and establish strategic partnerships and business relationships
  • Drive the sales process and ensure critical tasks and deliverables are completed in a timely manner
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to obtain information necessary to win business
  • Reflect the high ethical standards and mission-driven culture at Care Access
Physical and Travel Requirements
  • This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.
