About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service and Sales Support Engineer to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our service business, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers, ensuring the reliable operation and optimum performance of our heat transfer equipment.

Your primary focus will be on heat exchangers, and you will work closely with our Regional Account Managers to develop sales strategies and identify opportunities within our chosen sectors. You will be the face of our business, building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commissioning, servicing, and fault-finding of new and existing equipment
  • Providing process and technical support to the department and customers
  • Meeting KPIs for the service team in areas such as submission of job reports and timesheets
  • Working alongside Regional Account Managers to develop sales strategies and identify opportunities
  • Managing customer relationships and identifying their relevant needs
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a robust practical understanding and experience working on heat transfer equipment. You should have great customer relation skills, be curious about technology and applications in heat transfer, and be motivated to build long-lasting relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Ideally, you should have completed a recognised apprenticeship or have reached a minimum level of technical training. You must be able to demonstrate a strong working background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
