Key Responsibilities:
  • Support partners as a technical and domain expert of the ServiceNow platform and solutions
  • Lead discovery workshops to help partners determine customers' challenges and provide product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
  • Answer product feature and technical questions from partners and ServiceNow colleagues
  • Guide strategic programs in the partner, including key customer accounts
  • Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
  • Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in a product-specific area
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
  • Partner management skills, including pipeline building and working with wider Sales counterparts to promote execution excellence
  • Willingness to travel
