We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Top Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team at Brook Street. As a key member of our commercial sector team, you will be responsible for winning new business and building lasting client relationships, leveraging your strong sales acumen, administrative skills, and great attention to detail.

While your background can be in any industry within recruitment, you will need to possess a strong work ethic and hunger to learn, as well as ambition, drive, and a money-motivated attitude. You will receive full support and guidance from our manager and team to help you master these elements and succeed in the role.

About the role:

  • Candidate marketing – sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates
  • Business development calls and client meetings – building up your own client base
  • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike to foster long-term relationships
  • Developing your personal online brand
  • Working to achieve targets

What you'll receive:

  • Compensation: A competitive base salary from £25k-£35k DOE + uncapped commission - £££ (estimated salary range)
