The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Nursery Care Specialist to join our team at Busy Bees Inverness. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our young pupils, creating engaging activities, and building strong relationships with parents.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging activities to promote cognitive, physical, and emotional development
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the nursery
- Assist in the preparation of nutritious meals and snacks

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Early Years qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Experience working with children aged 0-5
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and education
Working Hours
This is a full-time position, requiring you to work approximately 35 hours per week. You will be expected to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our children and families.
