Becoming a Care Support Specialist with The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in our Inverness services offers you the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives. We are currently seeking individuals to work across different services in the Inverness area, offering Bank contracts. This role is ideal for those who want to start their career in care without prior experience, as we will invest in your qualifications and provide comprehensive training through our award-winning learning & development team.

We welcome applications from individuals of diverse backgrounds, ages, and experiences. As a Care Support Specialist, your responsibilities may include:

  • Social Support: Assisting individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities, such as day centres, cinema, swimming, and more.
  • Practical Support: Helping people maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks, including general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.

The salary for this role is approximately £22,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes:
