About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Director to lead our team at Stramash Social Enterprise. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursery and ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £34,215 per annum, plus a range of benefits including:
