We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated professional to lead our team at Stramash Nursery in Tornagrain, Inverness. As the Head of Nursery, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality early learning and childcare environment that fosters children's natural curiosity and creativity.

With a strong background in early years education and experience in managing teams, you will be able to shape the vision and direction of the nursery, empowering your team to develop their own unique practices. You will also have the opportunity to be part of a growing organisation with access to internal training programs and tailored support from experienced nursery heads.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the early level within the Curriculum for Excellence and be able to work effectively within a team to deliver stimulating and productive early years play and learning experiences. You will also be able to communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders, ensuring they are well-engaged throughout the child's time at the nursery.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the nursery and its team in a largely outdoor setting, ensuring very high standards and quality are always maintained. You will also be expected to manage the team on a day-to-day basis, including individual and team management, as well as ensure that all records and reporting are regularly kept up to date.
