About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to direct our early childhood program. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for working with children, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote child development and well-being
  • Supervise and support a team of teachers and staff to ensure high-quality programs and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver engaging and relevant programs
Requirements
  • NYS Teaching Certification (Birth-Grade 2)
  • A minimum of two years professional experience working with children
  • Paid training
Compensation Package
  • Estimated annual salary: $65,000 - $85,000
