Family Healthcare Specialist

Nhsscotland is committed to delivering high-quality patient care through our family nursing programs. We are seeking a skilled Family Nurse to join the Highland Health & Social Care team in Inverness.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing therapeutic relationships with clients and delivering the Family Nurse Partnership licensed intensive home visiting program. This program focuses on working with complex family situations from early pregnancy until the child reaches 2 years, ensuring fidelity to the program's licensing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Family Nurse Partnership licensed intensive home visiting program
- Develop therapeutic relationships with clients
- Maintain fidelity to the program's licensing requirements
Working Conditions:
This role requires working intensively within complex family situations, often in client homes. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and adaptable in their approach to meet the needs of each client.
Benefits:
The successful candidate will have access to further mandatory training and professional development opportunities, including a Masters level professional diploma in Family Nursing.
Salary Range: £39,557 - £46,011 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours.
