The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Family Nurse Partnership licensed (FNP) intensive home visiting programme to eligible pregnant young women. The post holder will work intensively within complex family situations from early pregnancy until the child reaches 2 years, ensuring fidelity to the programme's licensing requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of £39,557 - £46,011 p.a., which is £48,788 - £56,747 pro rata for part-time hours. This position also offers opportunities for professional development and further mandatory training, including a Masters level professional diploma in Family Nursing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering FNP programmes with fidelity to the programme's licensing requirements
  • Developing therapeutic relationships with clients
  • Working intensively within complex family situations
