Job Description
You will be responsible for creating regional sales plans to achieve your quota in alignment with global Sales leadership and business objectives. This includes prospecting and building organic pipeline within your region through partner relationships and direct lead generation. You will also arrange and conduct meetings with potential customers to qualify new business, understand customer requirements, and develop presentations to address business needs. Additionally, you will develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities, coordinate responses to RFPs, and manage the sales order process from qualification through to approval and signature.
Estimated salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You should have at least 2 years of experience successfully selling Salesforce technology and service offerings in a consultative/team environment and building new business within the UK region. You should have a good understanding of Cloud/SaaS platforms, ecosystem technologies, and how these solutions provide benefit to customers across multiple sectors. You should also be able to analyze, assess, and address prospects' needs in enterprise accounts, while clearly establishing the value of our products and services. Highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals with strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills are preferred. Experience in selling remotely using screen share/video technology such as Google Meet is also required. Natural stakeholder and client management skills, attention to detail, and flexibility are essential.
