Stroke Service Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated Band 3 Stroke Rehabilitation Assistant to join our team in Scarborough and Ryedale locality. As a key member of the Community Stroke Service, you will work collaboratively with experienced staff members to deliver a high-quality service to patients with stroke.
Main Duties
* Provide assessment and rehabilitation services to adults with stroke in the community setting
* Collaborate with qualified therapists to develop and implement treatment programmes
* Assist with administrative tasks including booking appointments and data collection
* Use IT systems confidently and work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
* Ability to demonstrate ethical values and attitudes within a culture of equality and diversity
* Experience of working with or providing support to the general public
* Confidence in using MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Salary
£25,528 - £31,383 per annum (inclusive of annual leave entitlement)
