Scrub Practitioner Maternity Operating Theatre

This exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Maternity operating theatre team at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking for an experienced Scrub Practitioner to contribute to our multidisciplinary team and make a positive impact in our community.
The successful candidate will possess 3 years' experience in Maternity Theatres or equivalent experience in other theatre specialties, as well as excellent clinical assessment skills and a professional approach to their work.
The role offers a competitive salary of up to £36,483 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous relocation package of up to 30% of salary (capped at £18k) for hard to fill positions where relocation would be an expectation to undertake the role fully.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate and develop clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize the care for patients undergoing a Surgical / Anaesthetic procedure.
- Responsible for adhering to the NMC / ODP professional Code of Conduct.
- Demonstrate awareness of current issues in Maternity Services within the NHS.
