">The successful candidate will provide assessment and rehabilitation services to adults who have had a stroke, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
">About the Role:
">This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to work in a community-based setting, providing support to patients and their families.
">You will be responsible for carrying out treatment programmes created by qualified therapists, ordering equipment as directed, and supporting with data collection and supply ordering.
">The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, confident IT skills, and the ability to work well in a team and independently.
">Requirements:
">- Able to demonstrate ethical values and attitudes within a culture of equality and diversity
- Experience of working with or providing support to the general public
- Ability to use MS Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Salary: £28,672 - £35,941 per annum
