Speech Specialist Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to work with us in providing private speech therapy services to clients across Southern Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients of various ages, including children, adults, and rehabilitation patients.
  • Supervise and support Communicative Disorders Assistants in their work with clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in private practice or a related setting.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel within the GTA and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
