About the Role

This full-time, 12-month fixed-term position requires a highly experienced Speech and Language Therapist to cover various clinical settings. The successful candidate will possess strong assessment and management skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have excellent communication abilities.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £45,000-£55,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include access to the NHS Pension Scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and a relocation package to support your move to the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of individualised treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of clinical practice and service delivery.
