Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist or DBT Therapist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a key member of our Outpatient Clinic, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological therapy to individuals with complex mental health needs.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Psychologist or DBT Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering outcome-based psychological therapy to working-age adults, adolescents, and older adults
- Working collaboratively with other teams and professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Developing and implementing treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of our service users
- Providing clinical supervision and mentoring to junior staff members
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered Psychologist or DBT Therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You will also need to have extensive experience in delivering therapy according to evidence-based guidelines, as well as experience of working in community-based settings. Additionally, you will need to be able to work autonomously and collaboratively, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
