About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Psychologist or DBT Therapist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a key member of our Outpatient Clinic, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological therapy to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outcome-based psychological therapy to working-age adults, adolescents, and older adults.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and professionals to ensure effective treatment delivery.
  • Manage risk concerns in a patient-centred and effective manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new DBT services.
About You

We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about delivering evidence-based therapy and has experience working in community-based settings. You will need to be registered with the HCPC and have a full UK driver's license. A strong understanding of risk management and data analysis is essential.
