About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Psychologist or DBT Therapist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a key member of our Outpatient Clinic, you will be responsible for delivering outcome-based psychological therapy to working-age adults, with the opportunity to also work with adolescents and older adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based psychological therapy to clients with mild mental health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and professionals to ensure effective treatment delivery
  • Manage risk concerns in a patient-centred and effective manner
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new DBT services
About You

We are looking for a clinician who is clearly able to demonstrate experience in delivering therapy according to evidenced-based guidelines. Experience of using a range of therapeutic modalities such as DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and EMDR would be an advantage. You will also need to be registered with the HCPC and have a full UK driver's license.
