We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Psychologist or DBT Therapist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a key member of our Outpatient Clinic, you will be responsible for delivering outcome-based psychological therapy to working-age adults, with the opportunity to also work with adolescents and older adults.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, including DBT, CBT, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
- Work collaboratively with other teams and professionals to ensure effective treatment delivery
- Manage risk concerns in a patient-centered and effective manner
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new DBT services
We are looking for a clinician who is able to demonstrate extensive experience in delivering therapy according to evidenced-based guidelines. You will be confident in your ability to work autonomously within community-based settings, as well as collaboratively with other teams and professionals. A full UK driver's license is desirable, and you will need to be registered with the HCPC.
