About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Psychologist or DBT Therapist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outcome-based psychological therapy to working-age adults, with the opportunity to also work with adolescents and older adults.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing and supervising a range of NICE-approved psychotherapy interventions, including DBT, CBT, Cognitive Analytical Therapy, EMDR, and Schema Therapy.

They will also have strong assessment skills in psychometric tools and be able to work both autonomously and collaboratively with other teams and professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outcome-based psychological therapy to working-age adults, adolescents, and older adults.
  • Provide and supervise a range of NICE-approved psychotherapy interventions.
  • Assess and interpret psychometric tools.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and professionals.

Requirements:

  • Registered with the HCPC or BACP/BABCP.
  • Extensive experience in providing and supervising psychotherapy interventions.
  • Strong assessment skills in psychometric tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
