Hours: Part-Time (30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible days and times to be agreed)
Job SummaryWe are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to work across four Northampton sites, providing rehabilitation and residential services for up to 37 adults with neurological, mental health needs, and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy programs to address or mitigate difficulties.
- Guide and support team members in delivering evidence-based clinical psychology interventions.
- Maintain adherence to security procedures and continuously assess and manage risks.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of specialist neuropsychological assessments and the treatment of adults with complex acquired neurological disorders, particularly those with cognitive, psychological, and emotional impairments that hinder independent daily functioning. You should also have significant experience in delivering individual therapy and supporting non-psychology team members in working with individuals with acquired brain injuries, along with strong teamwork and leadership skills.
