About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist or DBT Therapist to join our team at St Andrew's Healthcare. As a key member of our Outpatient Clinic, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological therapy to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outcome-based psychological therapy to working-age adults, adolescents, and older adults
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and gather data to inform treatment decisions
  • Participate in clinical supervision and mentoring to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Extensive experience in delivering therapy according to evidence-based guidelines
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within community-based settings
  • Strong risk management skills and ability to prioritize patient safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
