About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Experienced Psychologist or DBT Therapist at St Andrew's Healthcare. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support us within our Clinic and private therapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outcome-based psychological therapy to working-age adults, with the opportunity to also work with adolescents and older adults.
- Work collaboratively with other teams and professionals to provide a comprehensive service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new DBT services, including the introduction of a new DBT service in late 2024.
- Participate in clinical supervision and mentoring from the Associate Director of Psychology.
About You
We are looking for a clinician who is clearly able to demonstrate experience in delivering therapy according to evidenced-based guidelines. Experience of using a range of therapeutic modalities such as DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and EMDR would be an advantage.
You will be responsible for managing risk concerns in a patient-centred and effective manner, ensuring the service prioritizes the safety of its service users. You will also be confident in your ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data to ensure treatment is being delivered effectively.
