Part-time Office Administrator

A part-time office-based role is available to join a small friendly team at their offices in Redditch. Working 15 hours per week, to be mutually agreed across 5 days per week. This temporary position covers maternity leave, with a minimum duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage sales orders using Sage
- Handle queries via phone and email
- File orders, delivery notes, and invoices
- Liaise with the factory on delivery dates
- Conduct stock takes
- Assist with general administration within the team
- Update spreadsheets and complete formulas
- Experience in processing sales orders in a manufacturing/engineering environment
- Raising purchase orders and sales invoices
- Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft packages
- Pay rate of £11.50 - 13.00p/h dependent on experience
- Free parking on site and accessible by public transport
- 15 hours per week, 3 hours a day across Monday - Friday (hours flexible to suit)
