Medical Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinic Coordinator to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our medical staff and ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to our medical teams, including maintaining accurate records and producing routine reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving problems and escalating issues as necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, arrange meetings and diary appointments, and take minutes and notes as required.
- Plan and organize tasks to meet set deadlines and manage your own workload effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administration role in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and Access.
- Logical and able to remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable dealing with clients by telephone and email in a friendly and professional manner.
- Advanced keyboard skills for accurate data manipulation.
- Excellent organizational skills, ideally with a secretarial or PA background.
