We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Nybor Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing our soft services contracts and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our soft services contracts, including cleaning, maintenance, and other related services
  • Ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, including health and safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve our facilities management services and reduce costs
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage and lead a team of facilities management professionals to deliver high-quality services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a soft services role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
