About the Role

Heidelberg Materials Limited is seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join their team as a Higher Apprentice in Mineral Products Management. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to develop valuable skills and knowledge while contributing to the company's success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in achieving key goals, including safety, environmental sustainability, cost management, quality, and service. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and think critically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Site Manager in achieving key goals and objectives
  • Contributing to ongoing projects and site operations
  • Developing and implementing plans to improve performance across the board
Requirements
  • A minimum of 80 UCAS points at A/AS level
  • At least 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English, and Science
  • A full UK driving license
  • Ability to relocate during the programme
