Job Overview: As a Higher Apprentice in Mineral Products Management, you will play a vital role in supporting the Site Manager in achieving key goals and contributing to the smooth operation of our site.

About the Role

You will work closely with the Site Manager and operational team to drive performance improvements and contribute to ongoing projects and site operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise in mineral products management, with access to comprehensive training programs and qualifications.

This role requires strong academic qualifications, including at least 80 UCAS points at A/AS level and a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above. You will also need a full UK driving license and be willing to relocate during the programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Environmental Sustainability: Contribute to achieving key goals in safety, environmental sustainability, cost management, quality, and service.
  • Project Work: Work on projects that directly contribute to the company's goals as outlined in the Heidelberg Materials Limited Sustainability Report.
  • Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs and qualifications, including recognised diplomas and degrees.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Site Manager and operational team to drive performance improvements and contribute to ongoing projects and site operations.
