Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Higher Apprentice in Mineral Products Management.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the Site Manager in achieving key goals in safety, environmental sustainability, cost management, quality, and service. This includes working on projects that directly contribute to our company's goals as outlined in the Heidelberg Materials Limited Sustainability Report.

This role offers a comprehensive training program, hands-on experience, and career progression opportunities within the mineral products sector. You will work closely with the Site Manager and operational team to drive performance improvements and contribute to ongoing projects and site operations.

Requirements
  1. Academic Qualifications: At least 80 UCAS points at A/AS level and a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English, and Science.
  2. Other Qualifications: We also welcome applicants with Welsh Baccalaureate, Diploma, NVQ Level 3, Scottish Higher, or an advanced level apprenticeship.
  3. Driving: A full UK driving license is required (or must be obtained before the start of the programme).
  4. Mobility: Must be willing and able to relocate during the programme to maximize learning opportunities.
