Job Description

Hydro Building Systems is a leading provider of innovative and sustainable aluminium building systems, dedicated to enhancing the built environment through cutting-edge technology and design.

We represent two brands in the market, TECHNAL and WICONA. Our mission is to create building solutions that contribute to a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain company project and contact database through Salesforce CRM
  • Log and distribute incoming leads to the appropriate sales team member
  • Produce and issue Fabricator Lists to Main Contractors
  • Proactively support the Framework partners Project Pipeline
  • Produce and maintain reports on Salesforce and Pardot
  • Build strategic relationships with potential and existing contractors
  • Lead digitalisation of the sales process
Additional Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Management
    • Assist with organising and executing company events, exhibitions and webinars
    • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, venue management and event promotion
    • Schedule content across various social media platforms
  • Content Creation
    • Arrange and co-ordinate photography and copywriting for marketing materials
    • Assist in content creation for marketing campaigns including writing, editing and graphic design
  • Website Management and Reporting
    • Ensure that the website content is up to date, accurate and engaging
Requirements
  • Experience in sales and marketing roles
  • Event Planning and organisational skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Salesforce / Pardot preferred
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
