**Job Description Key Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of our Content Management System (CMS) and maintain all boards meticulously.
- Act as the project manager for all marketing proposals, ensuring alignment across all departments and meeting deadlines consistently.
- Serve as the primary resource for internal project procedures.
- Attend and document meetings related to marketing, sales, and buying, ensuring that all departments are well-informed about next steps.
- Maintain up-to-date project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure all departments are aligned.
- Proactively manage and mitigate project risks, deadlines, and key issues.
- Provide support to the Online/Marketing Team to guarantee that all necessary elements and assets are available before launches and promotions.
- Take charge of booking and overseeing trade shows, collaborating closely with the Sales Director to stay updated on upcoming events.
- Handle online chat and customer service inquiries on our online store.

**Ecommerce & Digital Marketing**
- Add approved customers to our online store.
- Utilise our data tools to create brochures (comprehensive training will be provided).
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings on the website, including today's pricing.
- Schedule social media posts.
- Working with the Online team to make sure all products live on the Intamarque website have the correct image.
- Working with the sales director or commercial manager to visual Merchandise the site making sure you are aware of stock levels, collections, and brands that the buyer has backed.
- Make sure all banners and CTAs are up on the site in a timely manner and are at the standard set by Intamarque
- Working with the Ecommerce manager to implement data-driven strategies across social networks

- To be responsible for your own job responsibilities, maintaining business needs and adding value to the Intamarqueteam.
- To work with professional codes of practice and to follow the guidelines set within the code of conduct.
- Manages with integrity, honesty, knowledge, and humbleness to promote the Intamarque brand,culture and values. Demonstrates a calm exterior during periods of high volume or unusual events.

**Service and Policy Development**
- Embody operational policies/Code of Conduct policies and procedures, including commercial card handling, security and health and safety.
- To input and make proposals for the development of protocols and guidelines and input into the development of overall company strategy. To be responsible for contributing to relevant policy and procedures within the work area with reference to online issues
- Demonstrate commitment to Equality and Diversity

**Health and Safety**
- To be responsible for ensuring the safe use of materials and equipment and work within health and safety policies and guidelines. Identify training needs for yourself and junior/unqualified staff where applicable
- To undertake specific training, keep records and be responsible for monitoring and maintaining health and safety and security of self and others in own work area. Ensure regular health and safety training and updating for yourself and staff for which responsible.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
