Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Professional to join our team at i2i Recruitment. As a Sales Support Professional, you will play a key role in assisting our sales team with online enquiries, supporting account managers and directors, and contributing to the achievement of company budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist account management and business development teams with quoting, sourcing subhire quotes, and various tasks.
  • Liaise directly with customers on-site and online, managing live chat and ensuring excellent service.
  • Support the sales team in achieving company budgets and targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Interest in the events industry and a willingness to learn.
