About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Sales Professional to join our team at Recruitment Helpline Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market knowledge
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
