Sales and Marketing Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading digitalisation of the sales process, managing company project and contact database, and coordinating logistics for company events.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation and Management
• Maintain company project and contact database through Salesforce CRM
• Log and distribute incoming leads to the appropriate sales team member
• Produce and issue Fabricator Lists to Main Contractors
• Proactively support the Framework partners Project Pipeline
• Produce and maintain reports on Salesforce and Pardot
• Build strategic relationships with potential and existing contractors
• Event Planning and Management
• Assist with organising and executing company events, exhibitions and webinars
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, venue management and event promotion
• Coordinate follow-up communications post-event
• Social Media
• Implement social media posts to align with company goals
• Schedule content across various social media platforms
• Administrative Tasks
• Arrange and co-ordinate photography and copywriting for marketing materials
• Assist in content creation for marketing campaigns including writing, editing and graphic design
• Website Management and Reporting
• Ensure that the website content is up to date, accurate and engaging
Qualifications
• Experience in sales and marketing roles
• Understanding of lead generation and management techniques
• Event Planning and organisational skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Salesforce / Pardot preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
