Certus Recruitment Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on professional indemnity and insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Conduct software demonstrations and deliver training to clients and prospects to ensure seamless onboarding and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular contact to maximize revenue and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed of industry developments, compliance updates, and insurance trends relevant to contractors and freelancers to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to ensure efficient management of client relationships and sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and review sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive base salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £42,000-£50,000.
