About the Role:

SF Recruitment (Executive) is collaborating with a private equity-backed enterprise in the Midlands to identify a financially astute and articulate Chief Financial Officer.

This organization boasts a turnover of approximately £30 million and is experiencing rapid growth, with revenue streams generated from both large-scale contracts and associated recurring income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial strategy and operations of the business.
  • Guide the organization through a comprehensive investment cycle in partnership with the CEO.
  • Oversee the process of preparing the business for potential sale.

Candidate Profile:

We seek a CFO who has previously held a top financial position in an independent projects or service-oriented business with significant capital expenditure needs. Candidates with experience in the infrastructure sector, including energy, renewables, or fiber optics, will also be considered.

Compensation:

A competitive six-figure salary along with a seven-figure equity package will be available for the successful candidate.
