Sales Professional for South England Territory

The Company is seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to join their Business Development sales team in the South of England.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all sales across the South of England territory, working closely with design, bid & contracts managers, and influencing the market to switch to the company's products and solutions.
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the construction contractor sales cycle, be able to work on multiple projects, and possess a strong tenacity to hunt for new business and manage accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the South of England territory and responsible for all sales across this geographical location
- Working closely with a variety of stakeholders including design, bid & contracts managers
- Winning new business and managing existing clients within the contractor market
- Responsible for all lead generation and sales pipeline
- Influencing the market to switch to the company's products and solutions
The Package includes a competitive basic salary, a guaranteed bonus for the first 6 months, a company car, and a range of benefits including a pension, mobile, laptop, and 25 days holiday plus stats.
