Job Summary:

Join our team as a Band 5 Mental Health Nurse and play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to individuals with mental health challenges. As a Community Nursing Team Leader, you'll oversee caseload management, relationship-building, and risk assessment strategies.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement person-centered care plans, emphasizing trust and empathy.
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary team collaborations, fostering effective communication.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation, using IT systems effectively.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years postgraduate experience as RMN.
  • Current NMC registration and degree-level education.
