As a key member of the BRUSH Group's Project Management Office, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and compliance of project documents with established standards and procedures.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document control and management, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a systematic approach to document management, ensuring all documents are stored and easily accessible in line with company processes and procedures.
  • Implement and enforce document control procedures, ensuring that documents are properly controlled, distributed, and filed.
  • Evaluate documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established formats and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project teams, departments, and external parties to ensure document control requirements are met.
  • Support the project team by populating Document Requirement Lists.
  • Manage the document transmittal process between the BRUSH Group and clients/suppliers in line with company systems and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to staff on document control processes and systems.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and records.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
