Contingent Workforce Lifecycle Manager

Manning Global AG is seeking a highly skilled Contingent Workforce Lifecycle Manager to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing contingent workforce programs and possess strong knowledge of labor laws related to contingent workforce in EMEA.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global company and contribute to the development of contingent workforce management systems and processes.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contingent Workforce Lifecycle Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our contingent workforce management team, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of contingent workforce staff, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management. You will also develop and implement comprehensive contingent workforce solutions to help business compliance and efficient use of contingent workforce resources.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the lifecycle of contingent workforce staff, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Develop and implement comprehensive contingent workforce solutions to help business compliance and efficient use of contingent workforce resources.
• Collaborate with local business units to standardize contingent workforce management processes and guidelines, including employee onboarding and offboarding, attendance tracking, payment processes, cost control, and budget management.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in contingent workforce program management.
• Strong experience in managing contingent workforce staff lifecycles, cost control, market research, and familiarity with local legal requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws related to contingent workforce in EMEA.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
