Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Sales Account Manager to join our team As a key player in our sales funnel, you'll be responsible for offer qualification, negotiation, and progression through to our tenancy operations team. With a focus on B2B sales and working with our Build to Rent accounts, you'll have the opportunity to drive results and surpass targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and prepare rental offers in line with business rules to ensure compliance and meet set standards.
  • Lead negotiations with renters and secure rental offers while ensuring all parties are informed throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to fulfill the Home Made mission and vision.
