About the Role:

As a Clinical Nurse in our Children's Hospice setting, you will have the opportunity to provide specialist care and nursing for babies, children, and young people who are seriously unwell. Our expert staff and trained volunteers provide clinical, emotional, and practical support for families, adapting their support to meet the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to children and young people with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Support families through the provision of emotional and practical care
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives to improve the quality of care
