Job Title: Dedicated Paediatric Nurse Required for Children's Hospice

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Paediatric Nurse to join our team at a state-of-the-art children's hospice in North London. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to babies, children, and young people with serious health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, effective patient care in The Ark, children's homes, or the community.
  • Plan and review care with parents, children, and young people to ensure safety.
  • Act as an advocate for the child and their family.
  • Ensure fun, sensitivity, compassion, and confidentiality in all care provided.
  • Follow safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Administer medications according to policies and procedures.
  • Maintain nutritional status and clinical skills necessary for holistic care.

What We Offer:

  • Annual salary of £34,029 - £41,360, depending on experience.
  • £5,000 joining bonus over three years (£500 on appointment).

Requirements:

  • Registered Sick Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse (Child Branch) qualification.
  • Relevant post-qualification experience at Band 5 level.
  • Experience in palliative care or nursing children with life-limiting conditions.
  • A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude.
