WhereToTalk is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Counsellor to support women in London who have experienced gender-based violence.

The successful candidate will work in a confidential setting, providing non-directive support to improve mental health and functioning, while adhering to the BACP/BPS Ethical Framework for Counselling Professions or equivalent.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,221 (pro-rata), based on location and industry standards, and is suitable for someone who is professionally trained and accredited, with experience working within the BACP/BPS Ethical Framework.

About the Role:

  • Support women in a confidential and non-judgmental environment.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices, research, and training opportunities within the field of mental health.
