Urology Consultant with Expertise in Prostate Cancer and Robotic Surgery

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Urology Consultant to join our team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our comprehensive urology service.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will undertake subspecialist outpatient clinics, have oversight of nurse-led diagnostic elements of the cancer pathways, and participate in a weekly programme of departmental educational and clinical governance activities.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of urology consultants and contribute to the delivery of world-class healthcare to our patients. The successful candidate will be supported by a team of experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Robotic Surgical First Assistants.
Requirements
- Full GMC registration
- Eligible to be included on the Specialist Register
- CCT or equivalent expected within 6 months of interview date
- Evidence of robotic training
