Urologist with Expertise in Prostate Cancer and Robotic Surgery

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled urologist to join our team of experienced consultants. The successful candidate will contribute to our comprehensive urology service, which has delivered a high volume robotic prostatectomy service since 2014.
This is an additional post to support our existing consultants in providing prostate cancer services. The unit receives referrals from the wider Nottinghamshire area and may require cross-site working patterns with Sherwood Forest Hospitals.
The successful applicant will be supported by a team of experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Robotic Surgical First Assistants.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will undertake subspecialist outpatient clinics, have oversight of nurse-led diagnostic elements of the cancer pathways, and participate in a weekly programme of departmental educational and clinical governance activities.

- Full GMC registration
