About the Role

The Compliance Administrator will support the company's compliance department by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and assisting with audits. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage health and safety compliance across the site
  • Issue training documents for sign off
  • Report and record accidents
  • Support business incident management and investigations
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
  • Assist with audits and health and safety meetings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the Compliance Administrator should have experience working in a similar position and hold relevant qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely. They should also possess strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
