Exemplar Health Care is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Leger Grove. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the care home team
- Manage the care home's administrative systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
